General Comments

Well the coverage is great and have been happy with vodafone for some time, untill............. I had to contact the customer service department. Like many other reviewers on here it has been an absolute nightmare. Incompetent or rude and unhelpful staff and it is a nightmare trying to get through to them. You can be on hold for 30 minutes easily and then another 30 minutes when they pass the buck on to someone else. Although funnily enough if you chose the option to say you are leaving them they answer almost immeadiatley!!! Vodafone...maybe if you look after your customers then they wont want to leave in the first place !! just a thought. I will never use vodafone again. The measure of a company is not how many mistakes are made but how they are dealt with and vodafone havent got a clue.
