Good Points

None i will be moving all my accounts from Halifax when it is convenient for me.


Bad Points

Customer service and communication from telephone staff


General Comments

Appalling customer service, left on hold and passed from department to department when trying to contact Halifax. 5 weeks of waiting to be told my card application has been declined when I had previously had a credit card with them for 2 years with no problems. In this time nobody contacted me to tell me what was happening and getting any information from Halifax to find out what was happening was a long process over the phone. " I would not recommend them to anyone after banking with them for 9 years I will not be going back.
