Good Points

I can't think of any at all without laughing!


Bad Points

The website does not provide all the information necessary
The call center service is horrible.
The price isn't even very affordable after they charge you for everything and anything!


General Comments

First of all, you can save money by paying Wizzair through Bank Transfer. Problem is, there is no bank name anywhere on their site. How can you transfer money if there is no bank name?

Secondly, when you finally google your day away searching for a number to reach the customer service from any other area than the listed, you get the worse customer service!
They are rude and very confused.
They will insist you need to pay even more money because the fare has changed even when you still have a valid booking for the cheaper fare date.

Good luck even getting a response through e-mail. I believe they don't check their mail so you will end up paying more through their call centers which charge an arm and a leg!

This is the worse airline so far!
