General Comments

I had to request a copy of a previous years insurance policy or a letter confirming I was insured as I had been incorrectly charged with driving without insurance. Having spent 11 hours on the phone to Norwich Union's overseas call centre, over 2 months, they were unable to provide a copy of my previous years motor insurance policy or a letter confirming I was insured despite the fact that I was.

It was the worst, most incompetent, unhelpful, rude and unnecessary customer experience I could ever have imagined. I have cancelled my policy after nearly 10 years and will never use them again.
