they sent us the wrong bus for the amount of people we had. When i called to get money back, they manager insisted he sent the correct bus, even though the driver told us they had to switch buses because they overbooked and we would barely fit in there... and i have pics of all of us having to sit on top of each other. The Tvs also had no signal, they had no inputs for an ipod, NO CUPS, no toilet paper or napkins, and had no light dimmers...lights had to be either completely on or off, which is absurd for a limo.


General Comments

Good point was their service BEFORE they take your money. AA Getaway Coaches were so nice and helpful before the limo night, and then they switched buses on us and have ignored my emails and phone calls for 3 full weeks. Horrible!!!
