Bad Points

Drop off details wrong in the pack so I went to the T5 departures Valet drop off. Skypark offered to send a driver to me but having got the right drop off point I decided to drive to them (quick loop back around the terminal)


General Comments

Drop off and pick up at short-term parking next to departures.
Proactive monitoring of flights meant the car was alrady waiting when we got through customs. Time from aircraft touching the ground to driving out of the car park 45 minutes - well done T5 and Sky Park Secure. Price less than I paid for parking miles away from LHR.
