Good Points

None. Spraying steam is a useful thing but a cheaper machine would have dispensed steam quite adequately.


Bad Points

Heavy, expensive, cumbersome, hard to use, unreliable (several services necessary within a few years of buying this machine), tools impossible to keep clean. Vacuum barely works and is not worth having. The machine has to be left in the garage because it soon gains a lingering smell.


General Comments

A disaster. I bought this machine at inflated cost from allergymatters.co.uk (a firm which I would energetically not recommend) having been led to believe that I was buying something of very high quality. I later discovered that I could have bought the same machine for £200 less had I ordered the Triplosimac from Italy.
