General Comments

i want to apply for internet banking with Lloyds TSB. i used the id advised in the leaflet sent with my statement. i end up with this irrelevant junk and no sign of application..well if its here its not easy to find. Why must marketting people make everything so stupidly complicated. ? Maybe bcoz they like to see their input in everything irrespective of its real relevance. Perhaps a more competent administrator can refocus them.
