Many...customer service poor and with inconsistant in incorrect information given.


General Comments

Had a recent accident, my fault, no other car or person involved. Even whilst fully comprehensive insurance from Sheilas Wheels Car Insurance, I was left stranded 3 hours away from home with a disabled pensioner and 2 children. They used every trick in the book to use different wording to cover not allowing me access to a courtesy car. Ie they considered my car a total loss...this was sales people deciding this not a trained mechanic. over a week later and the car still has not been removed...no offer...no decision...no courtesty car. Not even a claim no...I have written a complaint to them and will take this further.
