Bad Points

The redemption system is very unclear & easy to get wrong


General Comments

e2save do not explain the redemption system clearly - it states that you need to send in the bill 6 calendar months from the date of connection, which I did. (Connection was in sept so sent in march bill.) However what they don't explain is that they included the connection date as the first month! I think it is deliberately written to mislead & would imagine a lot of people get this wrong. I have used 2 other companies with no problems whatsoever.
