General Comments

Goodison Park has great atmosphere, decent prices, friendly. As a Premiership club, Everton are one of the oldest and most established in the league. The same goes for Goodison Park and despite severely showing signs of age, it is still a fantastic place to go. Yes, there are a lot of seats that have restricted view and these can be a right pain, but once you get used to them you learn to live with it and there are big screens so you can see the action you miss on there. Having restricted view is something that can be said about a lot of grounds that i have been to, although Everton is the biggest and you can see why they are desperate to move somewhere bigger.

Another reason for wanting to move would be to fit more of the die hard Everton fans in there and i can honestly say they are some of the frendliest and noisy fans out there. I have never heard any chanting that is abusive or mean towards players or opposing fans and when they get going it's a great atmosphere.

There are pretty decent facilities and they are suitably Everton endorsed and the surrounding area has plenty of chippy's for a pre match pie.

You can see why Everton need to move from Goodison Park but it really is a great place to go so take a trip while you can. Especially as they are one of the most reasonably priced teams in the Premier League
