There isnt any good points apart from they are alot cheaper than most but cheaper is never better going by their customer service

General Comments

I had a claim just recently with More than I had modifications added to my car on the 9/01/09 and I had an accident on the 10/01 when I was actually on my way to my house to get my documents. They have repudiated my claim under rediculous grounds. I also even spoke to customer services and asked them to add the mods anyway to my policy before they repudiated my claim and I was told they would not need to add these mods as they did not increase top speed and after they so called cancelled my policy as from the 9/01/09 they continued to take premieum from me it is rediculous by taking premieum it affirms that the policy was in place they also sent me a letter saying to call them and pay the rest of my premieum for the year. There is a number of things that have went on since then but im currently putting something together for the ombudsman.
