ecar insurance - this is the worst ever isurance company i have ever used
i was quoted £580 for my insurance - i couldnt believe the value- i signed up straight away and paid the £160 deposit- this was on march 24th i didnt want my policy to start until april 1st


unknown to me 3 days later they tried taking another payment of £67 out- the money wasnt in my bank so i incurred £35 bank charge - the insurance also charged me £20 missed payment fine

and they decided - not - to inform me 2 days later they tried to take £87 out and again it wasnt in- another £35 bank charge for me and another £20 charge of them-

now eCar Insurance decide to contact me-

they want £107 or my insurance is cancelled - i had just paiid £160 and thought my next payment would be a month later as my insurance hadnt even started- i relently paid the £107 off my card they then advised me that aprils payment was due also - which was £67-

at this point i went beserk -how can i possibly be expected to pay 3 payments before my insurance has even started- on april the 2nd i had been insured for 1 day and had paid £334 + my £70 bank charges which brought it too £404

yes thats £404 for 1 days insurance-

the next day i get a letter saying they hadnt recieved my no claims proof - i had sent it so i asked my previous insurance to fax me a copy-

i posted it straight away - a day later i recieved a letter saying because i hadnt sent it in time my insurance was cancelled-

the first letter was dated the 5th april - the threaten letter was dated the 6th-

not very much time ey!!!

i am well angry - this is a joke
