In the office is very bad customer service and usually you have to wait for someone there. Always you have to pay something extra.
General Comments
I rented a car twice from Alamo Car Hire and can say never egain.
They charged me 80 Euro because of the fuel, but it was full ! Unfortunately i can't prove it. The second time I paid for car 30 euro of course I left it clean and full, but they took from my card 103 euro.
Car was rented from Shannon in Ireland.
