Good Points

Clarity on webpage and ability to transfer money within the Society and to outside accounts. Also as I am abroad some of the time, the low cost of exchange in Europe. Sad about transactions in other countries though. Visa's fault!


Bad Points

Not many, sometimes the connection is slow but it could be a fault at my end.


General Comments

Have banked with Nationwide for last 35 years and find internet facility good for what I need. Sure, the verified by visa system with card reader is inconvenient some of the time but nothing compared with possible inconvenience which would arise if my details were used fraudulently. I think we expect too much - a very simple system but total security - with present technology this is difficult. On the whole, I am pleased with the internet banking.
