General Comments

This company is crap. Worst customer service ever. They couldn't even activate my phone right, then the 'free international CALLING CARD' didnt work!

They say free international calls, but all they do is give you a calling card. No incoming calls from international, and its only to certain countries contrary to what the box says. In addition, YOU CANNOT CALL MOBILE PHONE INTERNATIONALLY FOR FREE. This is also not stated anywhere on the box or inside, anywhere

I asked for support from customer service, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes they hung up on me. I called back again, asked for a supervisor cuz I already spent a good hour with this company and I let them know about their box, and how it promises more than it delivers. The man told me that they are not legally responsible to provide all of these services as printed on the box because of a small fine print disclaimer (WHICH I COULDNT EVEN FIND) somewhere in an instruction book, that you could not even view until after you purchase the phone.

Complete crap, customer service couldn't even speak english properly, and only got real attention after I brought management to the attention that what they are doing is completely unethical.
