Bad Points

Poor customer service, poor communication, rude colourist, disorganised, bad value for money, being forgot about several times (and I was told that it wasn't a very busy day for them), coming out with a rubbish hairdo and having to pay over the odds for the pleasure.


General Comments

I don't usually review things, but had such a crap experience I felt I had to warn people! I've given it a 1 based on the fact that my hair didn't fall out or anything too drastic. Just don't bother wasting your hard earned money.

Went to Vidal Sassoon for a birthday treat, cut and colour. Was really disappointed and thought it was very bad value for money. Considering it cost £160 (I consider that quite alot of money to spend on hair and I really wish I hadn't bothered), I honestly did expect a better hair colour, cut and to be treated better than I was.

I would not recommend Vidal Sassoon to my friends, nor will I ever go back.
