General Comments
We chose Sunrise Tours & Safaris travel agent out of the three agents we contacted, because it was the first to get back to us with excellent recommendations.Subsequently, every e-mail and inquiry was always promptly, often the same day, and very satisfactorily answered. All our preferred lodges and activities were booked, as requested. Immediately upon our arrival, a member of staff was on the telephone to see whether everything was alright. During our entire stay, she went out of her way to solve any problem we were faced with. In Swakopmund she had, at her own initiative, arranged the very best table in The Tug, the most popular restaurant in town, with a complemetary bottle of wine.In brief, Sunrise Tours offered outstanding service. Highly recommended.
