Virgin Credit Card increased my APR from 15.9% to 29.9% without telling me... though they claim to have sent a letter... then they tried to increase it further to 34.9% - this time giving me a chance to "opt out" if I promise never to use the card again...

What's going on?!? In July 2008 I was on 15.9%... so they want to suddenly more than double that...?!?

There should be laws against things like that.
