The Website could do with an update, there are a few errors.


General Comments

To answer some questions about Cahoot Internet Banking, if a cheque is NOT credited to an account, but cashed, it is logical that to find it, we need all of the cheque details.

Flexible loan limits were reduced on some accounts because the full credit limit wasn't being used, and therefore banks have a responsibility to lend responsibly under the Financial Service and Markets Acot

Flexible Rates, thats exactly what they are, flexible.

The Flexible loan rates never went up, whilst similar products (credit cards) did, so when this couldn't be maintained, they was increased.

You would have been given 30 days notice (under notice of change of terms act) of the rate change, giving people time to switch and close the account.
