Good Points

the courtesy car was ok


Bad Points

shoddy repair, no communication, garage do not return calls, ignorant garage manager. even after the garage was found to be liable for additonal damage (as per before and after pics), i was not even given an apology!


General Comments

my car was taken to nationwide repair center in loanhead. not only were the repairs to my car not completed upon return the garage actually additional damaged my car!! there was scratches on the paintwork and my dash was damaged. when i complained the delightful manager was grumpy, non apologetic and had an appalling attitude. i finally had to get an independent inspection and my car was finally repaired 3 months later. SHODDY REPAIR AND ABSOLUTELY DISMAL CUTOMER SERVICE!!!! Please take note, if this is your insurance company repair garage demand an alternative!
