General Comments

Called out GEM Motoring Assist Breakdown Cover once in two years for a simple flat tyre change for my wife on her way home from work,the so called mechanic didn't know how to get the locking wheel nut off her Metro and in the process snapped the jack handle and scratched up the alloy wheel trying to get it off because he didn't have any TOOLS or a JACK,so he had to call another mechanic out who had tools.This simple job took over 2 hours and when i phoned to complain i had the phone put down on me.I wrote to complain about their very poor service and they just said they would look into it but i didn't hear from them again.The following week the wife had another flat tyre but we didn't bother calling them out so she rang me and i done it which was a lot quicker and easier,i didn't renew my membership.Very poor.
