Good Points

Prompt efficient service


Bad Points

Could possibly get more selling on E Bay, but personally found it easier selling to Mazuma as .I had 7 phones to sell, couldn't be bothered to sell 7 phones individually.


General Comments

I logged onto the Mazuma Mobile website, entered my mobile phone model numbers along with their imei numbers, Mazuma confirmed what payment I would receive.. 2 days later (probably due to the easter holidays) I received all the relevant details along with an envelope in which to post them. I posted them on the Thursday, by Friday morning I had received a confirmation e mail confirming they had received my package, the e mail stated they would e mail when the cheque had been sent. Sure enough by Friday afternoon an e mail was sent to me stating that my cheque had been posted.The cheque was received by the following day (Saturday)

Brilliant service, could not fault it, would recommend to anybody that couldn't be bothered to sell their phones privatel, i.e E Bay.
