Good Points

Some did stay put where I put it


Bad Points

A lot came off below my eye and it was really dark and hard to remove so I looked like a racoon haha. And expensive, and it promised way too much. I even tried setting it with powder one time and primer soooo yeah, no good.


General Comments

Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner DOES smudge! I have oily eyes in the first place so I really wasn't expecting this one to be THE ONE and it wasn't. I was really excited at first because it promised so much, no smudging, lasting forever, have to use a remover to get it off. But the only thing I found was that when it did smudge, it was harder to get the smudge off, it was horrible.
