Their entertainment system is really good (both in economy and business) They have a wide variety of movies and tv shows.
Bad Points
Customer service from ground staff is a joke. Also not good if you're in economy. Food in economy is terrible and hit or miss in business class.
General Comments
I've travelled Air Canada on 3 different journeys. 2 were economy class and 1 was in business class. I have to say there is a DEFINATE difference in treatment in economy class. Where they practically bark back at you if you ask for a glass of water in economy, they'll do anything for you in business class. Personally, I think everyone should be treated equally.
Their ground staff on the other hand is a complete joke. They are never friendly, never greet you with a smile and forget about any service.
