Bad Points

Leg room is terrible you feel like a sardine, ok if you are a toddler but if you are adult forget it you have all been warned.


General Comments

Thomas Cook are an ok airline but more recently when you check in they will try their best to charge you for extras. They weigh your case, if slighty over you pay. Then they even weigh your hand luggage but the best bit is when you go into the boarding gate there is more staff who weigh your hand luggage again with their hands as scales. You guessed it, if over from buying duty frees you pay again and now when you buy a flight ticket you get no baggage and have to pay £16.00 to take a case with you. Who travels with no clothes? If online you pay with a credit card they charge you for that. Learn from the Americans, their aircraft passengers travel much better than us brits why? Because they dont stand for the five card trick.
