The friendly drivers- Those who see you running towards the bus stop and wait with a smile.
Generally running on time.
Bad Points
The unfriendly drivers who are stuck in traffic at a bus stop but wont let you on because they've already opened the doors once.
No discount for carers- I always feel bad that those I support have to fork out so much just so they can have a day out (day tickets are now £5.90!).
General Comments
I'm a carer so am out on the buses regularly with the people I support. Stagecoach is the main bus service for the area and isn't doing too bad in my view. It's the drivers that make an individual journey bad or good.
