The indoor play areas are huge and all our children loved them
and the new outdoor play area was great for our older 2. Our daughter who 2 loved the all the animals and there was plenty to amuse her all day.

We thought the big rides were dissapointing and the queues were long. The extra costs once inside the park were too high especially if you have older children as these were all the kinds of things that they would want to do.

A Crealy dissapointing day out!!! We paid the best part of £50 to get into Crealy Adventure Theme Park (2 adults and 2 children on a family ticket plus our youngest child who was free). On the day we visited there were 4 attractions not running, but what really annoyed us was the amount of extra money you needed to pay once inside for some of the attractions. £4 for the go karts, another £4 for the canoes, £3 for a pony ride and £3 for the blow up balls that you got inside and walked on the water. Totalling around an extra £16 each if we had allowed the children to go on all of these. There was also a £1 each charge for the ride on tractors and cars for the little children.

  Thank you for visiting and reviewing Crealy. I am so pleased you enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play and the animals but I am really surprised, though, by the rest of your review. Did you visit all of the rides - the Loco Coaster, Tidal Wave log flume, Dino Blaster boats, Vintage Carousel, Prairie Train, Dina's Lost World including the new Go WILD!
  
  In answer to your specific comments about price and optional charges: The price has increased this year to cover the brilliant new attractions and the increased costs of running the Park. We have passed on to you the 2.5% reduction in VAT. As a family business with five children myself, we are very conscious of the need to provide outstanding value for money, and are confident that Crealy does give the very best value for money of all attractions. This year we are offering everyone free 7 day returns, so by collecting a wristband from the giftshop when in the park guests can come back again, for free.
  
  New attractions this year include: Go WILD! Canopy adventure play area in Dina ' s Lost world - Pirates 'Revenge swashbuckling adventure play area opening 16th May 2009 - Crealy Bear and the Pirates Theatre Show - Dina's Animal Showtime - MORE trees planted - IMPROVED hospitality (catering) - FREE Return Wristbands - return free for up to 7 days when you wear a wristband (issued on the first day of visit, on request) - huge commitment to health, safety and also service - only the best staff make it as our Rangers as we only hire the top 25% of applicants and invest heavily in training, developing and looking after our staff so that they look after you brilliantly:our Rangers are famous!
  
  Yes, there are optional extra charges inside the Park because they are just that - optional. All of our additional options have limited capacity so cannot be used by all guests - so it is fairer to offer them on a "pay to play" basis to the people who want to use them. Optional extras include coin operated mini-rides, games and amusements, Water Walkerz, Water Warz, Stealthdrive Canoes, Pony Rides, Techno Race Karts and Panning for Gold.
  
  I am sorry that you did not have a completely enjoyable time when you visited and do hope that you choose to come back again, and next time experience the maximum fun for which Crealy is famous.
