General Comments

I bought a touch-screen phone for my little sister after hers was stolen and was told that the screen was prone to cracking but if I brought it back within 28 days I could get it replaced, and I was glad that the Carphone Warehouse salesperson was honest about the phone. Unfortunately it did crack and so I brought it back to the shop well within the 28 day guarantee. Now I was told that because it was impact damage it wasn't covered by the guarantee, even thought the salesperson told me it was, and I would have had to have bought insurance for it in order to have it replaced (in a very rude manner), which I wasn't told when I bought it. So now I have to buy another phone to replace the cracked one which had replaced the stolen one. I will never use the carphone warehouse again.
