even the extended warranty (insurance) offerred with this item was cheaper than contacting D & G direct as a regular customer.

General Comments

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent price at Fireplace Megastore! Even though we had to wait longer than anticipated (due to production demands) they kept us informed of progress, delivered to us on the correct day; and maintained the original price. All we had to do was plug it in and wait for all the admiring comments...no one had seen anything quite like it
