EXPENSIVE & NOT RELIABLE. Service and support take too long and a take it or leave it attitude.


General Comments

The plastic fins on my Hotpoint WMA66 in the drum broke away TWICE and had to be replaced, I have also had the drum replaced, the door seal and a programmer and a new motor. Hotpoints are not very reliable.
