    Good Points

    Great cards, fun to receive and to browse
    wonderful web site with appeal to family and small town values


    Bad Points

    Help desk and business management obviously does not share the same values. Uncaring and rigid over $18. A reputation is worth so much more.


    General Comments

    My Mother is an 85 year old artist who is a huge fan of Jacquie Lawson cards. Since I live in Russia and she lives in Oregon in the US, I have been receiving the cards for a few years. This year she renewed her membership but was billed twice for the $18 two-year renewal.

    Be very careful about becoming a member of the site. After three months of exchanges with the help desk, including sending all the payment details twice, no action!

    The cards are beautiful and sincere which reflects the values of the artist. The business side is not beautiful or sincere. It is sad that one employee can ruin years of work to build a very strong culture.
