General Comments

I love going to browse around the local Heal's store. Everything is set out beautifully and they always have very eye catching window displays. I have been an avid fan of the brand and store since I bought a new property in 2003. Having lived in a flat before but never had the money to furnish it as I would have liked, I made a decision that for my new place I would only buy what I really wanted and would save until I could afford it this time round! No more Ikea for me... well not all! The ambience in store is always very pleasant and staff very helpful indeed, especially in the blind / curtain / wallpaper area. The choice of designers seems to be excellent and what I especially like is the fact that Heal's products are always a little bit different to the mainstream. This does however make them quite pricey which is not such a good thing but I guess you pay for exclusivity and the brand name. I am also now very relieved to see that the Heal's website has been revamped recently. The old webiste was a complete nightmare and would never load properly. The new website is very easy to use and has no such problems.
