Good Points

Customer Service staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

Bad Points

In October 2008 I paid for row D tickets to see David Byrne in Nottingham in April 2009. My tickets never turned up - 2 days before the event I received an email saying I needed to collect them from the venue, also that the seats had to be re-allocated due to a "technical error". I ended up on row K at the far side, I did not get what I paid for. Folllowing my complaint, See Tickets did refund my booking fee and postage - my tickets were not booked or posted by them so fairs fair! I am not happy at all and will not use them again.

I would not buy from See Tickets again - beware!
