Bad Points

the hardware's cheap
the heads aren't that good (pearl protone tom and bass heads)
the bass pedals are cheap pearl single chain drives (crap for speed and responsiveness)
besides that a few thousand bucks later it should be a great kit


General Comments

The Pearl Joey Jordison Signature sounds great
looks great
perfect for beginner to intermediate heavy metal/rock drummers
the snare comes with a coated remo head making the snare head last longer,sound better and perform better. i like the deep drums they sound great
the suspension system works well
gotta love the joey snare (best sounding snare drum)
and the black on black look really draws attention to the kit
