There's a very gripping mystery throughout the book that, at the end, unravels into an exciting climax

It's mostly about Harry's general life at Hogwarts (e.g. romance, lessons, etc.)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is not quite up to normal Harry Potter standards, but it's still a good book that supplies a mystery that will keep you holding the book until you reach the climax.
