General Comments

How I wish I had seen this site before booking with Canadian Affair. It seems our experience has been shared with many others before - time of flight changed (not informed), date changed (not informed, had to find out from brochure), aircraft changed, paid for extra leg room when flights first out and these taken from us with no refund being offered and only after many emails and fruitless telephone calls and letter to Head Office were we told we could have SOME of our party in extra leg room seats but not others!! In the end after many emails and telephone calls we all got the seats back but not able to now sit together even though that is what we had booked. Basically told take it or leave it. Customer Services do not answer queries directly but skirt around them as if they are doing us a big favour. Told us they had not received emails even though they had actually answered them etc. etc.

    I have only had the date of my flight changed once in 2005 - though they offered to fly us out a day earlier, so we ended up with an extra day on our holiday - this was also in pleanty of time to make arrangements
