Good Points

Friendly and efficient sales staff.


Bad Points

On trying to make a claim, less friendly and quite curt. I had never made a claim and gave up in the end as the process was endless and I was told I hadn't done the right thing by less than helpful staff in claims department. I had to explain over and over again each time I called to another person about my situation and although the consultant I had been treated by had been told my claim was going through which is why I thought things were fine. On a subsequent visit to the consultant he said nothing had happened and when I called health online they said no record of speaking to my consultant had been noted and they had agreed to nothing. I was made to feel like a liar despite reassurance from consultant he had spoken to a person. I was left dropping the claim and feeling less than impressed.


General Comments

The Health On-Line Policy sounded wonderful and seemed reasonable compared to others. I opted for the platinum service and felt I had bought peace of mind.
