Used purple Parking at Heathrow last a few weeks ago to fly to the states. The price was very good compared to other companies. Everything was pretty good at the begining. We were in a rush and very late due to a crash on the M25 so i was very concerened we would miss our flight. We dropped the car off and got into the mini van to take us to the airport. We sat in the van for about 15minutes but that time i was going crazy, the driver was really unhelpful and just said we needed to wait. Eventually we left about 10 mins later and we did manage to check in just in time.
The worst part was when we returned. We called as soon as we landed and they told us where to go to get the mini van. When we got there a van was just leaving. A family of 4 had been waiting for 20 mins already. We waited and waited and nothing came, another customer was ringing every 10 mins to find out what was going on and by that time there was about 25/30 people waiting. The main issue was there was no order or line so when a van pulled up everyone just tried to get on it even though people behind them had been waiting much longer. We waited 45 mins to get picked up. The driver was very nice but the whole way to the car park he slagged off the company saying that they never listen and people have told them they need to send more vans but they wont .

I dont think id use this service again!!
