Customer service very bad. Very rude


General Comments

Phone has'nt been working for months. T-Mobile told me to send it off for repair, and when it came back said they had fixed it. Turned phone on and exactly the same problem within the first 5 minutes. Sent it off twice more, and on the third time they said they had changed everything except motherboard and casing. Tried turning phone but exactly the same problems still going on. Customer service very poor, as they are very rude and seem to cut you off alot. Each department gives conflicting advice.
