General Comments

I went with post office for the reduced installation fee and no fixed contract for the phone line, decided to upgrade to broadband too. Phone line was connected ok and on time but the broadband was 10 weeks after the initial instalation date. My order was put on hold twice, due to a malformation of my order what ever that is! When i asked the customer support why i had to keep waiting she shouted at me and said she didn't know. Terrible will cancell as soon as the time expires! Also had the problem that after 9 months they still cant get my direct debit right, i get a final payment demand and when i call i set up a new direct debit everytime. But apparantly because i make a manual payment at the same time it cancelss the dd.
