Good Points
Non-stick excellent, heat distribution excellent, customer service regarding faults is excellent.

Bad Points
Easy to overheat (cooking on full flame for 45 minutes 'dries out' the coating) but we rectified this with the help of our store and a little cooking oil. Just takes a while to get used to the fact that when it's hot, turn down the heat or you're cremating the food AND the pan!

General Comments
Had my first Scanpan for almost a year when the coating began blistering and peeling. It was immediately replaced and the new pan has now lasted five years with no problems at all.

Excellent products, excellent customer service. Seems like some of the people posting on here have no concept of good cookware. Tefal? Really? Cheap and cheerful is all well and good, but I ended up having to buy a new one every six months - is that value for money?
