Staff are very polite and helpfull, perhaps very underpaid ! Lots of entertainment available
Bad Points
very dirty not acceptable to today's living stadards, please Pontins give British people a bit of respect and decorate your chalets !
General Comments
Very substandard accommodation! very dissappointed as to what is acceseptable of British standards. Feel very let down 'Pontins'should be ashamed to promote accomodation to working class families that is low cost 'Budget' that is very dirty, cold and noisey. Really not acceptable !!
