Good Points

The prices and excess are good


Bad Points

EVERYTHING ELSE. Customer service is non-existent, lord knows if I have to make a claim what that will be like. I also hear that you have to pay the rest of your years premium against a claim. Awful stuff.


General Comments

This review is based on my experiences of More Than in general.

I originally had car insurance for a year which I had no end of problems getting the correct documents and policy price.

Now to my mistake, I have Pet Insurance with them and just to reset my online account (not even that big a problem) I had been passed from person to person for about 10 minutes of NO HELP. Each time they told me I was talking to the wrong department even though they were the ones transferring my call! I just hung up in the end.

I have never been able to log into my online account and everytime I have called the 0800 I have never spoken to one of these so-called-managers.

MORE THAN IS JUST AWFUL.
