General Comments

It now six weeks since i paid for my new policy with MoreThan. I have still to receive ANY policy documentation despite 6 calls. I have however had 3 or 4 temporary cover notes! They tell me they are waiting / unable to get any confirmation from my previous insurer.
Ironic when it is with another part of Royal Sun Alliance (volvo insurance). I asked to speak to the Customer service director, who signed the last letter, and was told "he does not speak to customer"
That pretty much sums up Morethan's attitude to customers.
When this year is up i will not be touching any RSA company with the proverbial barge pole. Any business that is useless at presales will be a disaster post sales!
