Bad Points

As the mortgage is being ported from one property to another there should be a seperate application form to allow for this, sending out complicated New Application forms with no help included is confusing and time consuming.


General Comments

Last September i remortgaged with Northern Rock - 2 year fixed rate just before the rates hit the floor, my tough luck again - due to having the house on the market i wanted a portable mortgage so if a buyer came along porting my mortgage should have been simple!!! how wrong can a Financial advisor be??- i am now in my 6th week of just trying to get Northern Rock to appoint a surveyor on the property i wish to buy, so far they have been totaly unprofessional and show a total disregard to any one's circumstance, if i could afford the £3000 get out clause it would be the best money i ever enjoyed spending.
