General Comments

I don't normally review web shops, but I found Campania to be so good that they are worthy of a review.. I shopped with Campmania last week and found the whole experience very friendly and extremely efficient.

Anyway, I bought a tent from them and a pair of trousers. However I realised as soon as I had ordered the trousers that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called them up the next morning, was put straight through to them and spoke to a friendly lady who said that my trousers had already been sent.
To begin with I was so disappointed, but the lady said that she would send me another pair out the same day - I would just need to send the wrong ones back. She also advised of another pair of trousers that they had in that were almost the same but were ten pounds cheaper because they were on clearance.

So not only did I get a very efficient service but I saved £10 for my mistake. A brillaint service and a friendly company to deal with. Thankyou
