General Comments

Have been with norwich union almost a year for both my car and household insurance and I can honestly say I will never ever ever go with them again. The contract they give you is not worth the paper it is written on. They delay as long as possible, keep you on the phone as long as possible. Every person you speak to go gives you a different response to your claim. I have a limit on any one personal item up to the valu eof £1,500 and yet I cannot get them to pay for lost reading glasses or phone because they are above £250 - where this comes from I don't know. I have offered to replace the items myself and send them the receipt so that they can reinburse me at a later date. They refused - I have to go through a company that they use called IVAL and yet I thought my contract was with Norwich Union????
