Always easily contactable by phone. Extremely sympathetic and helpful staff and most importantly of all, they pay out extremely quickly. I ran up a bill of £2000 in one week and had the money back within 4 weeks.
Bad Points
None. Don't understand some of the negative reviews I've seen about Pet Plan as I've found them absolutely wonderful to deal with.
General Comments
Fantastic service from Pet Plan over the years. My cat has an ongoing medical condition which he will have for life. He has had numerous other problems caused by this and Pet Plan have been there every step of the way for us. My cat attends the Glasgow University Animal Hospital and there has never been any problem with his insurance even though he generally maxes it out ( £4000 per year). I have always found the service extremely helpful and have never had a problem contacting them. Really couldn't recommend Pet Plan enough.
