Good Points

Fantastic looks, performance, low enough insurance group, decent fuel economy when driven well, plenty of space inside, genius putting the gearstick on the dash... sort of, i really like the short shift which is still smooth. The list could go on...


Bad Points

If you use the V-Tech alot then the fuel economy can decrease, thats the only minor thing that i braved to put in this section as there is nothing else! Great car.


General Comments

I bought a Honda Civic Sport 1.6i VTEC 2006 old shape (one of the last registered of the old shape civics) from a friend who bought it brand new in 2006 just before i turned 20. Its done just short of 40000 miles but runs so smoothly even when i push it. I previously had a 1.4 sport 206 which despite what all my friends said was absolutely fantastic and wouldn't have sold if i wasn't getting my civic. As others have said looks fantastic with all the Type R trimmings on, spoiler, alloys, skirts, steering wheel etc and low insurance group, just transferred off my dads insurance and put him as a named driver as well as my mum which saved me £1000! An absolutely fantastic car, just going to save up to get a type R now i think, but definately going to hold onto this for quite a while.
